Potahy pro vozíky na prádlo: rozmanitost a funkčnost

Vnitřní potahy a vnější potahy na vozíky na prádlo zajišťují spolehlivou ochranu prádla před znečištěním. Podle funkce dělíme potahy na:

Vnější potah je určen k ochraně prádla během přepravy. Navléká se na kontejner a chrání prádlo před prachem, nečistotami, deštěm.
Vnitřní potah kromě ochrany prádla řeší problém hygieny kontejnerů. Protože vevnitř je přepravováno nejen čisté, ale i špinavé prádlo, musí být po každé takové přepravě dezinfikovány. Při použití vnitřního potahu odpadá nutnost dezinfekce nádoby, protože potah izoluje nádobu, stačí jej jen vyprat. Jsme navíc vyvinuli vnitřní potahy, které umožňuji do vozíků namontovat police. Vozík jak s vnitřním, tak i s vnějším potahem může být proto opatřen policemi.

Při výrobě našich potahů používáme sortiment látek různé gramáže, textury a barvy. Nabízíme potahy s gramáží od 160 do 300 g/m2 vyrobené ze 100% polyesteru nebo s podílem bavlny do 30 %. Některé z nich mají rovněž vodoodpudivou úpravu, která zajistí spolehlivou ochranu. Můžeme vyrobit také potahy s průhlednými vsadkami.

Jednou z hlavních předností námi vyráběných potahů je jejich stálá dostupnost na skladě, což znamená, že potřebné potahy dostanete vždy v požadovaném čase a bez zbytečného prodlení.

Nabízíme rovněž možnost tisku loga použitím různých technologií tisku na látku nebo dokonce výšivky, aby vaše potahy byly rozpoznatelné a posílily tak firemní identitu vaší společnosti. Navíc můžeme zajistit sytý plnobarevný potisk s vysokou odolností proti seprání v průmyslových prádelnách.

Další naší předností je navrhování potahů na vozíky libovolných rozměrů a na přání zákazníka. Jsme připraveni zhotovit potahy na vozíky, které budou přesně odpovídat vašim potřebám.
